Butterfly pea flower tea (சங்குப்பூ தேநீர்) is a 100% natural herbal drink made from dried butterfly pea flowers, sold in a 30g glass jar by Akkarai Herbals & Organic. How to use: add 4-5 flowers (about 1 spoon) to hot water, steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain and drink. Add a little lemon and the colour changes from blue to purple.
